Job description
"nosh" has continued to grow steadily, but now in its ninth year, it is entering a business phase that requires more engineers. Since the company's early days, we have focused on rapid business development, and we believe that it is important to review the entire system design and improve development productivity in order to prevent future business growth. We would like to carefully tackle such large-scale challenges, and are looking for engineers who can help us.

・The engineering department is divided into the following two departments.
Information Systems Department (13 people): Control of internal systems and overall IT
System Development Department (14 people): Development of EC site and improvement of development productivity
・The System Development Department to which you will be assigned is divided into three departments: Front-end Development Department, Back-end Development Department, and Development Improvement Department, and the Back-end Development Department to which you will be assigned has five members, including the department manager. The average age is around 30 years old.
In addition, in the Backend Development Department, the section manager is mainly responsible for project management, and of the four members, one is a data engineer and three are in charge of development.

- You will be involved in the full cycle of developing new features and revising existing features for our company's e-commerce site and core systems, from upstream processes (requirements definition, design, etc.) to development and operation.
- The department's mission is to launch new services planned by the company and to re-architecture the systems that support existing services. This hiring is also an increase in personnel to achieve this mission.
