Job description
Manage the load of equipment and design for new products and increased production, and support efficient new product development operations. In particular, you will be responsible for planning mold management, arrangements, maintenance, etc.
■Specific job description
-As a member of the new product team, create major and mid-term schedules, arrange equipment, manage delivery dates, and proactively address various problems to launch new products on time
-When increasing production, check the order status with the production management department and make various adjustments to prevent stockouts
-Have a base in charge and create mid-term and annual investment plans and manage progress
-Manage the equipment capacity of the base in charge, and if there are any unnecessary assets, take measures such as reselling or removing them
-Analyze the lead time for equipment arrangements, and plan and propose ways to ensure equipment delivery dates and shorten lead times
