Job description
■Overview:
We will make sales proposals for our company's screws and bolts to the purchasing and design departments of major automobile manufacturers, automobile parts manufacturers, specialized trading companies, etc.
Since we will be dealing with existing customers who have long-standing relationships with our company, relationships have been built, and it is a safe environment even for those who have no experience in the industry.
■Characteristics of the work: [Scope of change: None]
The area of responsibility is mainly the Tokai area, and the ratio of field work to office work is about 4:6.
We aim to frequently visit customers who have been doing business with us for a long time and be a presence that they can rely on when they are in trouble.
Since minor changes to automobiles occur once every two years and model changes occur once every four years,
building relationships over a long span of time will lead to future results.
*Since we have sales offices nationwide, there are few business trips that involve overnight stays.
■Examples of work:
1) Regular visits to customers
2) Visits with design staff (listening to requests about what kind of screws and bolts are needed)
*Our engineers will follow up with technical explanations.
3) Internal coordination (adjusting production management and delivery schedule)

■Education system:
After joining the company, you will learn basic knowledge in the introductory training for one week.
You will learn about the structure of screws,
absorb specialized knowledge such as quality control, safety management, and the environment, and after a factory tour, you will be assigned to the field.
After that, you will accompany your senior colleagues to understand how to interact with customers and the process leading up to a contract. You will aim to be independent within six months.
