Specific job duties
This position involves planning, proposing, developing, and delivering new solutions to manufacturing enterprises using CADDi Drawer, a platform that supports corporate transformation by capitalizing experience and data. You will be tasked with identifying and extracting the management and business issues of enterprises, and solving those issues using a variety of methods, including products, IT tools, business design, and BPO. Your targets will be the entire manufacturing company, including management, sales, technology/design, procurement, manufacturing, and service departments. We expect you to promote the business as a technology partner to your counterparts, such as CxOs and department managers.

Business image
In the manufacturing industry, we provide various solutions that solve the management and business issues of our customers from the perspective of "supply chain x unstructured data x AI", and our customers span the entire company, including management, development/design, procurement, production, sales, and quality. The data we target is diverse, including drawings/specifications/price information/defect information/communication information with suppliers, and we extract and analyze these as usable data.

For example, one customer has redesigned the workflow of the design and procurement departments by incorporating analysis of unstructured data on the supply chain, resulting in effects such as shortening development lead times and reducing quality defects. In addition, another customer is using analysis of unstructured data on the supply chain to strengthen collaboration between global bases and support advanced management decisions, resulting in effects such as rapid/comprehensive response to environmental regulations and reduced start-up and operating costs for bases in each country.
Caddy is still in the growth and development stage, and is in the business creation phase. This position will involve product x data x business, and will lead the creation of new business opportunities and feedback for our own products. We expect you to contribute to problem solving and service development beyond the scope of short-term consulting.

First, you will be onboarded by Caddy as a whole company, the Drawer Business Headquarters, and Enterprise Solutions. We have an environment where even those with no experience in manufacturing can catch up. Next, you will attend business negotiations and further deepen your understanding of the industry, customers, products, and solutions. You will interview customers' CxOs and department managers to organize issues and refine solutions. In collaboration with sales, customer success, data management, operations, and other teams, you will receive orders by identifying customer issues, designing solutions, pricing, and proposing multiple times, and after receiving the orders, you will work with each department to deliver them. In the proposal phase, you will take ownership of solution projects for about 10 enterprise companies. We expect to receive orders from each company in approximately a few months to half a year.
