Job description
[Recruitment background]
TechnoPro Design has established a specialized department [Mobility Management Department] for the development of various mobility products, including automobiles, and mainly handles control software, electronic circuit design, and simulation areas.

Product functions are becoming increasingly complex and advanced, and there is a growing demand for quality and environmental performance throughout society, so there is a need for the ability to respond to development proposal-based processes.

Based on the technical guidelines [Technology Strategy Map *1], the company has established functions and systems in specialized departments to support manufacturers' entire development process from the early development stage to prototyping and mass production.

As of June 2022, the company has grown to a scale of over 400 engineers nationwide, and in order to further strengthen its functions and systems, it is seeking engineers who combine ambition and technology.

[Job Summary]
The following tasks will be performed for mobility products.
1. Design and development of control software and electronic circuits for autonomous driving and electrification
2. Simulation of various functions
3. Construction and operation of development environment related to simulations such as 1D-CAE, HILS, MILS, etc. and test benches
4. Construction and operation of environment for utilizing data collected from prototype testing and released products
*Depending on your experience and ability, you will be assigned to either PM/PL/member positions.

Monthly salary: 260,000 yen to 700,000 yen + bonus twice a year (last year's actual amount was 3.85 months)

Due to the retirement age of 60, employees will be paid on a monthly salary basis from age 60 onwards.
