Annual salary 3,500,000 yen - 7,500,000 yen

Salary increase: once a year (July)
Bonus: twice a year (July and December)
Working hours: Depends on dispatch destination/Guideline: 9:00-18:00 (8 hours of actual work/1 hour break)
Trial period: 3 months (no change in treatment)
Holidays and vacations: 2 days off per week (holidays are Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
Annual holidays: 120 days
Annual paid vacation: 10-20 days
