As a partner to accompany our customers, we will plan DX strategies, consider the necessary technology elements, and implement Pasona's unique technology and services in a seamless manner. In addition, we will also promote human resource development in the operational area after implementation.
■ Background of recruitment
As our customers' digital transformation (DX) support expands, we are recruiting new people to increase our security personnel. In this position, you will be assigned to the field after taking security training, so specialized practical experience in the security field is not required. Engineers who wish to change their careers to become security personnel are welcome to apply.
■ Position overview
・After up to 4 months of security training (OFFJT and OJT experience), you will be active at our customers' sites as a security engineer.
・The training start date is scheduled for February 1, 2025.
・Even if you have some practical experience in security, If there are any, the training period will be adjusted individually.
You will take a curriculum based on the X.1060: International Standard (Standardization of Work in Corporate Security Response Organizations) and SECBOK (Comprehensive Security Skills System) that is tailored to your work.
During the training period, you will work at the Aoyama headquarters or the training site (details will be explained at the interview).
After OJT and assignment, you will work at the client's site.

Salary
Expected annual income: 4.5 to 5.5 million yen
