We will bring about innovation in each of these.
In the field of "job posting development", we have equipped it with a function called Job Alliance
which allows agents to share job postings of recruiting companies with each other.
This makes it possible to recommend job seekers even for job postings in areas or occupations that the company has not been able to develop by itself.
In the field of "job seeker attraction", we have equipped it with a function called Resume Alliance
which allows agents to share information on job seekers they have.
Until now, we have had to turn down job seekers who were unable to help with their job search due to differences between the industry, business, or region that the agent specializes in and the job seeker's needs. However, we have made it possible to transfer these jobs to another reliable agent.

This position involves incorporating feedback from customer success and sales into the system, and planning and designing new features to make customers even more addicted to the service!
Until now, the product manager who has been involved since the launch of "JoBins" has been doing this job alone, but as we have strengthened our engineering resources, we have decided to recruit for this position in order to increase development speed.
*Since all engineers and designers are Nepalese (English-speaking), English is required for direction and feedback.
Business-level English conversation skills are not a problem, but language skills to be able to write instructions in English are essential.
