Salary: Annual salary system: 3,629,400 yen and up
Monthly salary: 302,450 yen and up
Fixed overtime allowance: 54,150 yen (for 30 hours)

Includes deemed overtime allowance of 30 hours per month, and is paid as a fixed amount even if the hours are less than 30 hours.
