Job description
This position is perfect for those who want to utilize their sales experience while improving their programming skills!

As global SaaS companies grow and expand, this is a key position to provide technical support for onboarding support for clients in Japan and neighboring regions.

■Job description
You will provide support via Slack, email, and Zoom for three months before and after the introduction of client companies' SaaS products. You will also be responsible for conducting kick-off meetings and video meetings as necessary.

Although the main focus will be on development, you will contribute to the success of companies that introduce SaaS by understanding the true needs of users before and after introduction and making optimal proposals from a wide range of products.
