Job description
[Main duties]
・Operate, manage, and improve resources on public clouds, mainly AWS
→Mainly expand the scope of automatic recovery when a failure occurs, and design and operate items to be monitored, instead of always being attached

・Design and build infrastructure when developing new services
→Understand what the service should aim for, and include suggestions such as whether this AWS service would be suitable

・Make proposals and solve problems from the infrastructure perspective when a service failure occurs

Currently, we are deploying Live Connect mainly in nursing care facilities, and supporting the reduction of risks and the burden on staff at the facility.
We are also considering introducing this system to the homes of elderly people scattered around the city, not only detecting abnormalities but also predicting changes in daily rhythms (e.g. frequency of meals and going out), and developing it into a system that focuses on supporting independence and extending healthy lifespan, and expanding our services to the entire healthcare field.

While there are several companies that provide monitoring systems, other companies only provide notifications of sensor data reactions or perform partial business such as bed exit detection, while our company performs behavior analysis from information from multiple sensors, so we can grasp a series of daily actions such as opening and closing doors, detecting bed exits, whether the bed is in or out, and using the toilet, and can respond to everything from preventing people from walking alone to providing care at the scene of death.

Our strength is the technical capabilities unique to a team centered on engineers.

In addition, we are also transitioning to a data business centered on huge amounts of data and expanding overseas, taking advantage of our position as a pioneer in the IoT nursing care field!

*Live Connect is a service in which multiple sensors detect abnormalities in the room, and the information is sent to the Z-Works cloud service via a gateway, and loT Cloud performs behavior analysis and notifies monitors, tablets, smartphones, etc. in the facility, informing staff.
