As an intermediary between M&A buyers and sellers, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
■Responding to inquiries and consultations from potential customers
■Developing M&A cases and buyers
■Promoting business succession, M&A intermediation, etc.
■M&A strategy planning (business analysis, scheme, schedule, etc.), partner selection, corporate value evaluation, negotiation and condition setting
