Job description
You will be in charge of the mechanical design team for automotive equipment in the overseas division of the company.
You will be in a position similar to a playing manager, and will be responsible for everything from customer service to managing your subordinates.
The department is expected to expand in the future, and many foreign personnel will be assigned to the department.
*There will be business trips to the United States and Germany about twice a year. The business trip period is about one week to one month.

Currently, the department manager position is handled by another person in a concurrent role, but we are looking for a full-time department manager to focus on the overseas division and to create a system in which this person can take on management roles.
After joining the company as a department manager, we expect you to play an active role as a candidate for department manager.
