Job description
・Our main customers are nationwide chain stores. (New store construction, renovation, remodeling, closing construction)
We have stores within our group, such as convenience stores, supermarkets, drugstores, cafes, apparel, and restaurants, but more than half of our customers are from outside the group.
・Since most projects are the prime contractor, we will interact directly with customers.
We assign a person in charge to each user. Most of our users are large companies, and the store specifications are almost fixed, so once you get used to it, you can proceed with new projects smoothly, and it is easy to build a relationship of trust with customers, so project requests may come directly to the construction staff, which leads to increased motivation.
・Recently, we have also been contracted to install charging equipment for electric vehicles (electrical construction management), and we are growing rapidly!
・We aim to "manage construction without going to the site" by utilizing wearable cameras and DX tools without being stationed on site. There are some projects that require business trips to distant places, but most of the work takes from 2-3 days to about 2 weeks, so long-term business trips are rare. Perfect for those who value work-life balance.
-Some stores are open during the construction period, so in that case, construction will be done at night. (Depending on the project, about one-third of the month)
However, please rest assured that we will not arrange shifts where you work until the end of the night and then continue with day shifts.
-Each office is divided into areas: Head Office → East Japan area, Osaka → Kansai area, Fukuoka → Kyushu area, but business trips will occur. However, most business trips are short-term and business trip allowances are paid according to regulations.
-Since most construction projects are small-scale, you may be in charge of 2-3 projects at the same time. You can experience a large number of projects, so you can advance your career quickly.
The average monthly overtime hours are about 20 hours, so you can achieve work-life balance.
