Job description
As an infrastructure engineer in the engineering team, you will be involved in the midstream to upstream processes of infrastructure construction.

- Hearing, defining, and proposing technical requirements from clients
- Detailed design and construction of infrastructure environment based on requirements definition
- Migration work from on-premise to cloud environment
- Management of the operations team that operates and maintains


As a group that develops MSP (Managed Service Provider) services, we provide one-stop services from operational design to operation including troubleshooting, including infrastructure design, construction, and monitoring of customers' systems.

We use our own proprietary platform called "Valkyrie" to monitor and operate customers' systems 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The team structure is divided into an engineering team in charge of infrastructure construction and initial implementation, and an operations team in charge of the operational part, and consists of a total of 80 members.

・Experience in construction and operation of each server such as web and API using UNIX-based OS (LAMP environment, etc.)
・Experience in responding to problems in each environment (including isolating instructions and actual experience in responding to problems)
