As a global entertainment content company, we distribute mobile online games around the world (up to 174 countries and regions). KLab is strengthening its recruitment of 3D artists to provide users with the highest quality experience.
In this position, you will be responsible for both managing and leading the technical artist group. This is a very important position that will lead the company's entire project to success.

・Management
Evaluate members' skills and abilities and assign tasks according to their abilities
Effectively allocate resources according to project deadlines and requirements

- 3 years or more of work experience as a technical artist in the game industry
- Project management or human management experience in game development for 10 or more people
- Experience in leading a team of 5 or more people involved in creative work, or in team management and direction within a specific group
- Interested in and experienced in developing technical knowledge
- Ability to communicate politely with various people with different specialties
- Business-level Japanese language ability
