Job Description ■Position Overview
The Customer Support Team provides user support after a game title has been released. *This will be text-based support with a focus on email.
The user support team will provide text-mainly answers to various inquiries and problems that occur during the playing of the game.
This position will be responsible for team management tasks, including managing a team of 3 to 10 members as the leader of the team performing the above tasks!

Specific duties
Manage customer support team members (attendance, shift management)
Quality control of customer service (progress check, member follow-up, quality improvement)
Negotiate with clients (work progress reports, creation/explanation of man-hour estimates, etc.)
Project sales/income/expense monitoring
Improvement of business operations (analysis of causes of service problems, direction of response, etc.)
Preparation of new projects
Finding new project leaders, on-the-job training, etc.

Salary 3,000,000 yen - 6,000,000 yen per annum

12 installments (14 installments optional)
Monthly salary 250,000 yen - 500,500 yen
Basic salary 216,220 yen - 432,860 yen
Fixed overtime pay 33,780 yen - 67,640 yen

To be determined in consideration of experience and ability.
No bonus due to annual salary system
Includes 20 hours of fixed overtime pay; overtime will be paid separately.
(Overtime is not applicable to managers and supervisors.)
Late night allowance will be paid separately.

Salary will be revised twice a year (April and October) *Based on evaluation
Working hours: 10:00-19:00 (60-minute break), including weekends and holidays.
2 days off per week / 8 hours per day
Operating hours may vary slightly depending on the project you are assigned to.
Trial period: 3 months (no wage change during the trial period)
Vacations and vacation days 120 days or more per year (122 days in FY2024)
2 full days off per week (varies in some departments and positions)
