・Business negotiations with customers who use the EC site and after-sales support
・Inside sales (BDR/SDR) and PDCA implementation to acquire new customers
・Strategic approaches and information provision to potential customers using calls, emails, SNS, and WhatsApp
・Market research, new customer development, promotional activities, and customer development through the above
・Business improvement through data-driven PDCA

・Overseas business trips due to the above
