[Overview]
There are currently 2.76 million foreign residents in Japan. The government's policy is to promote the acceptance of foreign talent in the future. However, the reality is that there is still much room for improvement in the communication environment, such as the Internet, which is their lifeline. Our company, which mainly develops communication services for foreign visitors and residents in Japan, is developing services so that they will feel glad to have come to Japan. In a global environment with many members from international backgrounds, we exchange various opinions and build services.
We are looking for members who can use their skills to help us build services that will lead to a future where the boundaries between the world and Japan disappear.
[Job description]
■You will be responsible for customer support and shipping processing for the provision of Wi-Fi routers and SIM cards to foreigners living in Japan. You will also be responsible for telephone support while gradually increasing your business knowledge.
■Respond to inquiries about products (email/chat). Check changes of accommodation and address, whether overseas models can be used in Japan, communication speeds, return methods, etc. We handle 60 emails and 10 chats per day. We work together with other employees and part-timers.
■Convert customer orders into Japanese and process shipping. Write the arrival time and destination of the product in Japan. We are also responsible for packing and shipping the products.
