Since our founding in 2005, our company has continued to grow every year and will soon be an organization of 1,000 people. Through quality control of smartphone apps and websites and consulting on DX promotion, we have evolved into a comprehensive Internet service company.
In recent years, we have launched the NI division, which develops and sells new products, and are focusing on developing our own services. In October 2022, we released a service called "GATE", a platform that matches game-loving testers/users.
We plan to start charging for the service from October 2023 and strengthen our sales structure in order to expand sales in the future. In line with this, we are looking for someone to promote GATE as the first dedicated sales member! Job summary
You will be responsible for all corporate sales activities related to the introduction of GATE services.

Planning sales strategies (targeting, considering lead acquisition methods, etc.)

Currently, there are three sales representatives in the NI division, but this position will be the first dedicated sales position for GATE. Therefore, you will participate from the strategy and planning phase of GATE's sales, and will work with the in-house director and project manager to select targets and consider lead acquisition methods. You will then be required to actually carry out sales activities and turn the PDCA cycle while observing customer reactions.

Since we already have a customer base with whom we have transactions in the QA and DX fields, it is easy to cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers, and the environment is one in which assets have been accumulated. ◆Expected role
As the first dedicated service salesperson, we would like to entrust you with a wide range of promotional responsibilities for GATE.
It is a challenging environment as you will be responsible for expanding the service, but you will have a lot of discretion and will be able to gain experience in launching a service all at once.
We expect you to utilize your past experience, as well as creatively come up with various sales methods, quickly execute them, and repeatedly test hypotheses, thereby expanding sales.
