Job description About the work
▼Organization/team introduction

This group is in charge of all legal matters for PayPay Card, and the current legal department is a small but elite organization of seven people, including the manager, who is in his 30s and 40s.

The team's mission is to "provide higher quality services to support the healthy and continuous growth of the company," and we pursue both performance and quality without slowing down the speed of our business.

As the group companies and businesses become more diversified and globalized, strengthening our ability to handle English, such as reviewing English contracts, is an issue.
As the business expands, the number of cases and the difficulty will continue to increase, so we need to continue to maintain a stable and high-quality business execution system,
and we are adding staff to strengthen our organizational structure in response to the increase in legal consultations in English.

[Specific work content]
We are expecting to handle the following tasks in Japanese and English.

In-house legal consultation and investigation, legal advice, solution support, legal checks, etc.

Contract document creation and review, legal checks for various displays and public announcements, etc.

Support for various projects

Responding to prize and display regulations (checking advertising displays and campaign plans, etc.)

Legal responses to lawsuits, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), and complaint cases

Management of intellectual property rights

Research on enforcement and amendment of laws and regulations, and countermeasure planning

Internal business verification, government response (collaboration with related departments within the company)

General legal work in the credit card business and money lending business

Other general corporate legal work

Salary: Annual salary system
Determined according to company regulations based on experience, skills, performance, and contribution
Reviewed once a year
Special lump-sum payment (incentive) based on company performance and individual contribution (once a year)
Overtime allowance, night work allowance, commuting expenses, work style support allowance
Working hours: Full flex system (no core time)
In principle: 9:00am to 5:45pm (7 hours 45 minutes actual work + 1 hour break)
Trial period: Yes (3 months) / Conditions during trial period: Same
