As a PL for the smartphone app development team, we are looking forward to creating an in-house service that will be chosen by customers.
The development team in this department works with the sales department to develop updates to existing functions and new functions.

★The person who will be hired this time will join the above development team and, as an in-house development engineer, will be responsible for developing and maintaining iOS and Android smartphone apps for end users, mainly for Aiful and Life Card.
*After joining the company, you will be working in the assigned department,
but after that, depending on your aptitude, you may be transferred to the company's general work.

[Goal state]
We aim to eventually increase the ratio of IT personnel to 25% of employees, and to create a state in which "IT companies develop financial services" rather than a state in which "financial companies use IT to develop services".

[Working environment]
There is a culture of basically no overtime, and the basic working hours are less than 10 hours per month. ★Personal clothes, nails, and side jobs are OK. The office will be set up by the development team only from August 2022, and it is a very flexible work environment.

・Monthly salary: 235,000 yen and up

・Bonus: twice a year

*After joining the company, you will work at the assigned department base,

・Referral recruitment bonus (up to 300,000 yen per person/conditions apply)

・Housing allowance: 25,000 yen per month for those who own their own home. For those who live in company housing (conditions apply), 50% to 72% of the rent will be paid by the company.

・Commuting allowance: Full payment up to 51,500 yen per month

・Working from home allowance: 3,500 yen per month (conditions apply)

・Relocation allowance: 100,000 yen (50% of 50,000 yen for those who live alone or are relocating away from home/company will cover all moving expenses)

・Relocation allowance: 42,000 yen per month

・Child education allowance: 8,000 yen per person per month

・Overtime allowance: Full payment in 1-minute increments

・Returning home allowance: Full payment of transportation costs to your home once a month (only for those who are relocating away from home)

・Night shift, holiday allowance: 500 yen and up (only for applicable departments/conditions apply)

Working hours Weekdays 9:00~18:00 (including 60 minutes break)
