Job description

You will be involved in system development work and project execution in various projects for planning, designing, developing, testing, and operating and maintaining core business systems and ERP.
You can challenge various projects from upstream to downstream processes according to your experience and preferences.

The main work is designing and developing ERP such as SAP, ProActive, GRANDIT, and designing and developing systems using major languages such as Java, C# and .NET.
The main languages used are Java (approx. 35%), .NET (approx. 18%), COBOL (approx. 15%), and others (approx. 32%).
Since the main transactions are with major SIers such as SCSK or prime orders, you can be involved in total development work from upstream to downstream at a distance close to the end user.
We are also working with a newly established ERP vendor (SHIFT Enterprise Consulting Co., Ltd.) within the SHIFT group, significantly strengthening our market competitiveness and maximizing the field of activity.

You will be contracted for in-house development or stationed at a client's office in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
It is mainly a hybrid work style that combines remote work and coming to the office.
We form teams with our employees and partner companies and respond as a team.
You will not feel like "There is no one to rely on around you in your first project."
The average overtime hours are about 10 hours. We also welcome those who value work-life balance.

Evaluations are conducted twice a year, once in the first half and once in the second half, and it is a clear system that is properly reflected in bonuses, salaries, and promotions.
A feature of this system is that it clearly defines the roles and responsibilities of each employee and implements personnel evaluations. In addition, the "challenge bonus system" that allows employees to report their self-evaluations also leads to increased employee motivation.
We have a management course and a technical specialist course, so you can build your own career and be promoted according to your aspirations.

Since 100% of our business is with major companies, the actual work is very rewarding and gives you a sense of accomplishment. There is also a wealth of knowledge to learn from each project, which helps improve your own skills.

In addition, since you develop your skills while communicating with project members, you can grow quickly and work while competing with your colleagues.

In addition, we hold regular events and drinking parties at each location, which are optional, so even if you join mid-career, you can quickly fit in.
