Job description
As a system development engineer, you will be responsible for requirements definition, design, implementation, testing, etc.

You will be involved in projects that will allow you to hone your technical skills according to your past experience and preferences. Please let us know your career plans during the interview!

■Projects held:

・Dispatch projects: We focus on web system development, as well as cutting-edge technologies such as mobile apps, AI, and machine learning. We have a wide range of projects for both toC and toB.

・Commissioned projects: You will be involved in either distribution, finance, government agencies, or new projects. Regarding distribution projects, you will be involved in a web app construction project for a major travel/restaurant industry. This is a project with a culture of actively incorporating new technologies in the development of a large-scale web application that everyone knows. We will develop in a team structure within the company.

Salary Annual salary 4,900,000 yen - 6,500,000 yen
*Assuming 20 hours of overtime
*Overtime pay paid separately (100% paid)
*Transportation expenses paid (regulations apply)
*End of month payment → payment on the 25th of the month
*Salary (treatment) will not change during the 3-month trial period.
Working hours 9:00-18:00 (8 hours actual work / 1 hour break)
*Varies depending on assignment.
*Overtime hours are about 20 hours per month on average.
*The 36-hour agreement is 45 hours/month, and can be extended beyond 45 hours up to 6 times a year.
Trial period: 3 months (no change in salary (treatment))
