Job description
- This is an operations project for a company that sells its own branded products.
- The operation is carried out at the Dalian operations center 24/7, and you will be providing on-site support.
- You will be the point of contact for dealing with problems and direct communication with customers. Specific tasks include responding to releases such as e-commerce orders, operational monitoring, and as an on-site member, issuing instructions to offshore and escalating to customers. In addition, problems may need to be dealt with regardless of whether it is a holiday or night.
