Job description
[Job description]
Incident and problem management based on ITIL for the life insurance company's application system.
Manage and report on daily incidents, and manage root cause investigations and recurrence prevention measures through problem management.

Support the following tasks.

■Incident management
・Sorting daily incidents
・Weekly, biweekly, and monthly reporting
・Educational activities for life insurance company employees
■Problem management
・Facilitation of problem tickets (schedule management, meeting arrangements, checking the contents of root causes and recurrence prevention measures, and confirmation of implementation status of recurrence prevention measures)
・Communication with development team (English)
・Biweekly reporting
・Problem trend analysis and improvement proposals
・Educational activities for life insurance company employees
