You will always be assigned a trainer to consult with about your work and career! Let's find out what you really want to do while gaining experience!
First, you will be assigned the following tasks for about 1.5 to 3 years as a field period.
You may be assigned a different job or change jobs as soon as 6 months after joining the company.
In regular interviews with your trainer, you can discuss your motivation and concerns, specific skill development and career advancement in the future.
Many staff members start as sales staff and advance to the management department or management team as office workers. (100% of office workers have field experience!)
Since there is no seniority system, you can advance your career in as little as 1 year (average 1.5 to 3 years) depending on your work attitude and skill proficiency.
