Job description
Work as a kitchen staff member at each of our assigned stores.

Your main job will be to handle all cooking-related tasks from ordering and preparation to serving.

We will teach you the basics thoroughly if you have little experience, and we will provide suitable positions for those with experience.

We operate multiple specialty stores in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Nagoya, and Kyushu, with a focus on Italian cuisine, Spanish cuisine, Spanish bar, Japanese cuisine, teppanyaki, collaborations with overseas chefs, and Japanese stores, with different locations and concepts.

We currently operate 52 directly managed stores, and have plans to open several new stores within the year.

We operate stores in various areas, mainly in Tokyo.

We do not operate stores that are roughly classified as Western food or Japanese food.

We have been operating in a style that gives each store a concept and the store staff sublimates it for over 20 years.

As a company, we are not aiming to develop a chain of 100 or 200 stores,

but we focus on operating specialized stores that are particular about the real thing.

In the future, we will continue to operate existing stores, but we have also started a project to create a new type of cuisine called "Innovative Fusion" with star chefs who are leading the global culinary industry, so we would like to hire staff with various skills throughout the company.

Salary is also different for each person.

Some staff members in their early 20s earn close to 400,000 yen, while others earn up to 1 million yen, and there are many more above depending on their skills and achievements, so I think it is a company where there are many opportunities depending on yourself.

*The minimum salary for a basic head chef or manager is around 350,000 yen, and the second-ranked class is around 300,000 to 350,000 yen.

Regarding the working environment, each store does something completely different, so if the employee wishes, they can be transferred, and there are no company orders, so it is basically up to the employee to decide.
