Until now, the SBM Group has delivered success experiences to individuals and small businesses (small area) by creating a self-driving environment for users with tech touch (one-to-many support such as website content and FAQs). On the other hand, in order to create a success experience that is closer to users in the future, we are looking for someone who can lead the operation design in the small business area to focus more on the SBM area.

■Job content
Mission
The mission of our SMB Group is to "establish a system where services can be used at any store." In addition, we work with the marketing and product teams to improve automation and efficiency in order to enhance customer experience. As an operations planner, you will be responsible for the upstream process of operational strategies and project planning in the small business (SME) field.

■Specific duties
Proposal and implementation of new plans
Plan and propose innovative operational strategies and new mechanisms for small businesses. Specifically, you will work on specific projects such as automating sales processes.

・Project planning and management
Consistently responsible for various planning projects from planning to execution. Monitor project progress and provide adjustments and support to achieve KPIs.

・Interdepartmental collaboration
Work closely with other organizations such as marketing and product to plan and execute cross-functional measures. Maximize interdepartmental synergy and promote specific measures that contribute to business growth.
