Job description
Our company operates "BRAND OFF", a store that buys and sells luxury brand bags, jewelry, watches, clothing, etc.
You will be in charge of managing and planning the EC site.


You will be in charge of managing either the overseas site, the domestic site, or the Chinese site.

・Overseas: Our company's website (English version), eBay, Chrono24, etc.
・Domestic: Our company's website (domestic version), Rakuten, Yahoo! Shopping, etc.
・China: Our company's website (Chinese version), Tmall Global, Taobao, etc.



・Product registration
For overseas customers, register products registered on our company's or domestic site on the overseas site and translate from Japanese to English and Japanese to Chinese. For domestic customers, there is no translation work, and you will register and photograph products.

・Customer support
We receive various inquiries, such as "support for choosing gifts" and "checking the condition of products."
For overseas customers, most inquiries are in English, and we basically respond by email.
In the case of domestic business, customer service staff will generally handle the matter, but in some cases the operations team may handle the matter.

・Market research and analysis
We will also gather information such as "is this brand being sold at this price?" and "what are the most frequently searched keywords?" We will analyze the site's PVs with a consultant and plan based on the market research and analysis results.

・Planning
We will plan things like creating coupons and e-mail newsletters.
We will set goals for each event and verify how effective they are. We will also plan special features on the website and leave the composition of the landing page to you, such as "which photos are good" and "what kind of text to use."

・Shipping
We will carry out the packaging work required for product shipping.

・SNS management (domestic)
We will decide "what to post" and "how to advertise" on SNS such as LINE and Instagram.

・Live commerce management and appearances
Only the China team will be involved.

★Experience in operating the following websites
・Overseas: Company website (English version), eBay, Chrono24, etc. (2 years or more)
・Domestic: Company website (domestic version), Rakuten, Yahoo! Shopping, etc. (3 years or more)
・China: Company website (Chinese version), Tmall Global, Taobao, etc. (1 year or more)

・Want to work using English skills (reading, writing, etc.)
・Experience in operating EC sites
・Experience in operating SNS
・Experience using Photoshop, experience creating banners
・Experience implementing with Java, HTML, CSS
・Experience using Google Analytics
・Basic operation of Excel and Word
