[Specific Job Description]
This position involves planning, proposing, developing, and delivering new solutions to manufacturing enterprises using CADDi Drawer, a platform that supports corporate transformation by capitalizing experience and data. You will be tasked with identifying and extracting the management and business issues of enterprises, and solving those issues using various methods such as products, IT tools, business design, and BPO. The target is the entire company, including the management, sales, technology/design, procurement, manufacturing, and service departments of the manufacturing industry. We expect you to promote the business as a technology partner to your counterparts, such as CxOs and department managers.

While attending business negotiations, you will deepen your understanding of the industry, customers, products, and solutions. You will interview customers' CxOs and department managers to organize issues and refine solutions. In collaboration with the sales and customer success teams, you will identify customer issues, design solutions, price, and propose solutions multiple times before receiving orders. After receiving the orders, you will work with each department to deliver the solutions. You will take ownership of solutions for about 10 enterprise companies. We expect to receive orders from each company in about several months to half a year.

① Those who have extensive experience as a DX consultant or business improvement consultant
┗ We are looking for someone who can discuss on an equal footing with the CxO of an enterprise company and complete the process from solution proposal to project acquisition and delivery.
┗ We are looking for someone (senior manager or above) who has experience leading 10 or more projects from proposal to delivery.

② People with experience as a data scientist or data analyst
┗ We are looking for people who have been involved in projects such as data analysis and machine learning model development, and have made customized proposals for each customer.
