▼You will be involved in consulting and planning work such as sales, operation, and support of our in-house developed agent network platform "JoBins" for recruitment agencies.


The following two elements are important in running an agent business.
1. Job posting development
2. Job seeker attraction

We will bring about change in each of these.

In the field of "job posting development," we have equipped it with a function called Job Alliance

which allows agents to share job postings of recruiting companies with each other.

This makes it possible to recommend job seekers even for job postings in areas or occupations that the company has not been able to develop by itself.

◤◢◤ Why do we recommend JoBins? ? ◢◤◢
Currently, the number of "job seekers" in Japan has exceeded 10 million, the highest level ever.
This means that one in six of the 67.59 million employed people want to change jobs, but in fact, 87% of those who want to change jobs have not changed jobs even after one year.

Why are many Japanese people reluctant to change jobs?

The reasons are that they "cannot find a company that matches their desires," "don't know what kind of work suits me," and "don't have the courage."

Recruitment agencies solve these problems of "wanting to change jobs but not being able to take the first step."

By suggesting companies that match job seekers and providing support such as selection measures,

they can encourage many people who are unable to take the first step toward changing jobs.

However, there is one biggest challenge currently facing recruitment agencies.

That is the fact that the "decision rate per interview is 10%."

◤◢◤ Specific job duties ◢◤◢
◉ Inside Sales (IS):
New business development sales to potential customers (agents).
Set up sales negotiations (appointments) and pass on to field sales.


- Sales style: Telephone sales
- Call destinations: Approximately 30,000 companies
- Number of calls per day: Approximately 100

◉ Field Sales (FS):
Conduct sales negotiations with lead customers acquired by IS, from contract acquisition to closing.
Conduct solution sales proposing solutions to each customer's problems.



Sales style: Online business negotiations using ZOOM

Average number of companies negotiated per day: Approximately 4 companies

Average order rate per month: Approximately 5%

◉ Customer Success (CS):
Provide support to recruitment agents after contract to lead to successful introductions.
As a consultant, hold regular meetings, respond to inquiries, and improve and propose retention rates.
