1. Proposals to manufacturers (BtoB)
You will find out the issues that manufacturers are facing and solve them. We will solve the issues by proposing engineers. (Responsible for everything from hearing to proposals and negotiations)
2. Proposals to engineers (BtoC)
The goal is to propose fields in which candidates can grow. In the ever-changing manufacturing industry, you will propose an environment in which each individual can utilize their strengths and improve their skills!
3. Matching
We will match companies with engineers.
4. Post-employment support
You will support your assigned engineer. It is necessary to build long-term relationships.
