You will be responsible for all cost estimation work related to private and public construction works.

・Visit corporate customers and conduct on-site surveys
・Create drawings and quantity sheets based on the results of on-site surveys
・Request quotes from partner companies based on calculated quantities
・Calculate costs and create quotes to submit to customers
◇Public construction works (bidding projects)
・Calculate costs based on design documents
・Request quotes from partner companies based on calculated quantities
・Create quotes that calculate costs and predict design prices
・Collect budget estimate disclosure documents from clients and create unit price and work-rate documents
