The AGC Group has begun establishing and operating shared service centers (SSCs) for accounting operations in the Japan and Asia regions since 2020.
To date, operations have commenced at SSCs in Japan in 2021 and Thailand in 2022.
Now, in order to establish an SSC in China, we are seeking a role to negotiate with group companies in Chinese on behalf of AGC headquarters, in addition to external consulting.
-Explain to affiliated companies the standardization of operations, which is a prerequisite for establishing an SSC, and gain their understanding.
-Determine the scope of operations to be consolidated into the SSC, based on knowledge of Chinese accounting practices.
・Introduce SAP or other common accounting systems to companies that use accounting systems other than SAP (system vendor will be appointed separately)
