Job Description
[Job Description]
Design, plan and produce all kinds of customer experiences using LINE. Understand the feasibility of new customer acquisition (friending), digital sales promotion, CRM, data utilization, etc., and create an overall design, and work in a team with in-house experts to promote it.
[Specific Work Content]
- Sales promotion/CRM strategy planning or campaign progress production using LINE official accounts
- Analysis of customer data acquired from LINE campaign operation and proposal of improvement measures
- System/service development direction using LINE API
(LINE account operation, proposal of LINE Messaging API utilization, etc.)
Contribute to business by utilizing data in both EC and in-store to realize rich CX
This department supports clients' businesses based on all kinds of consumer "purchases," such as in-house EC, platform EC, and in-store economic zone data utilization.
The rise of platform EC such as Amazon and Rakuten, as well as electronic payments in stores, and the "digitalization of purchasing" are progressing more and more, including in-house EC.
In the commerce department, a team of experts with valuable experience is formed to support channel strategy planning, construction, production, and operation.
