As a software engineer, my mission is to support and strengthen both of these tasks from a technical perspective.
Specifically:
・Building a manufacturing database, expanding the content, and preparing a system that can be utilized
・Developing SaaS products for the manufacturing industry
・Developing a business support system using GPT-4
・Resolving other customer issues that arise during the support process

It is a manufacturing-specialized sales support system.

To improve the mismatch of small and medium-sized manufacturing companies and match them with the optimal ordering source
■Our business
Our matching service asks the client's management for technical information directly, and uses a manufacturing database of 600,000 cases to introduce companies that need that technology.
For example, there are a wide variety of cases that are high-charged for clients, from palm-sized lathe processing cases for aluminum material to large parts processing cases used for automotive frame parts, and stainless steel sheet metal cases.
While responding to various requests from many manufacturing managers, we have introduced more than 5,000 purchasing, development, and production technology staff to date. The cases we research are cases that meet the client's specialty in terms of material, size, shape, and lot size, so we can charge more.
The core of our service is databases and web applications.
We have recently launched a development department to optimize Japan's supply chain.

In order to ensure the survival of Japanese small and medium-sized factories and small and medium-sized manufacturing companies and the inheritance of technical capabilities, we will continue to develop our business in a variety of ways as a business company that continues to create useful services.
We will complete our sales support system by the end of this fiscal year, and from next fiscal year onwards, we plan to develop new services as a SaaS vendor specializing in small and medium-sized manufacturing companies.
