This time, we are looking for someone who can be involved in product development using Android OS, which is expected to be in demand in the future, for wireless business terminal products that have been used in the logistics market and other areas since our company was founded.

[Job description]
Using your experience and knowledge background, you will be in charge of developing new products through the design/development/research of our Android terminal products.
We plan to expand our product lineup in the future, so we would like you to aim to be in a position to lead development as a leader in the future.
Although we are a fabless company, we will coordinate with OEM/ODMs regarding our own particular needs, and if necessary, we will also implement firmware revisions and application implementations in-house.

[About the product]
Our terminals are introduced to various companies in Japan as terminals that can realize real-time data updates in logistics/distribution systems.
We have gained market share as terminals that can check real-time confirmations that cannot be achieved with batch-type terminals during product inspection in warehouses, picking at the time of shipment, and shipping inspection.
In the future, the use of these devices is expected to increase as mail order and other logistics become more common than brick-and-mortar sales, so we will provide a new product lineup to provide logistics ICT products that focus on customer service.
In addition, these products are the lifeline of customers in logistics and distribution companies, so it is necessary to provide stable operation and comfortable operability.

[Assignment information]
You will be assigned to the Technology Headquarters Development Department.
Currently, we are based in Nishinomiya (Kansai Branch) with an organization of about 34 people.
Currently, each project is handled by a team of 4 to 5 people,
but Android product development is carried out daily by elite teams selected from each team and department.
When you first join the company, you will get used to the work under the guidance of senior employees and team members,
but after one year, we would like you to aim to be a leader who directly interacts with customers and manages a project.
