Job description


We are looking for a development specialist to further improve the technical level of the project.

In the project, we would like to strengthen the development system by increasing the number of people who can lead the field with the technology that is relied on by clients as a development PM (development tech lead) and consulted by development members.



As the developer of the web service, determine the development policy.

Promote upstream processes such as requirements definition and basic design, manage quality/schedule/cost management and management work in the construction design, and manage the project team.

When the project status worsens, take active steps to resolve the problem by analyzing the cause, making adjustments, and taking measures.

Lead the solution to technical issues.

Build good relationships and trust with many stakeholders due to the project size (50-80 people).

Lubricant for the project team.

Respond to technical consultations.

Consult on technologies used.

Application architect.

Project structure.

Module structure.

Commonization.
