Before qualification exams, written test preparation and mock interviews are also conducted. There are many veteran employees with a track record of being involved in a wide range of projects, both in government agencies and private companies, and the environment is well-equipped to learn know-how and technology. The company has an environment in which new graduates, mid-career employees, men and women can thrive.
■About our company:
The company is also engaged in large-scale disaster damage surveys and disaster prevention-related projects, with a focus on geological surveys. In particular, the technology to monitor slope disasters such as landslides, mudslides, and debris flows in real time has been adopted in disaster areas such as earthquakes and heavy rains, which have occurred frequently both in Japan and overseas in recent years. On the other hand, we are developing businesses that meet the needs of the times, such as tourism promotion projects and mega solar installations. Therefore, unusually for a construction consultant, 60% of orders come from public agencies and the remaining 40% come from private companies (electric power companies, etc.), and the wide range of business is a strength.
