After joining the company, we will decide on the most suitable project through interviews, taking into consideration skills, experience, aptitude, and aspirations.
Those with less experience will be assigned to projects where they can quickly demonstrate their skills, such as testing, maintenance, and operation, while those with more experience will be assigned to projects such as requirements definition and construction.
