■Business overview:
As our in-house SE, you will be responsible for the most upstream processes such as launching projects related to our services. Since this department is closely related to products, we often develop new products in conjunction with the release of new products, so we are able to work closely with the business side and work on upstream aspects.

・New project planning, project management, project promotion
・Quality verification, coordination with IT department and business department
・New system planning and requirements definition
*Since the development work is handled by the vendor, you can concentrate on the upstream process.

■Organizational structure:
The development department consists of five departments, each with around 30 to 50 people. We will assign you to one of the five division teams according to your experience and aspirations. Each department has engineers in their 20s to 40s, and 60% to 70% are mid-career employees, so it's easy to get used to the company after joining the company. Additionally, the atmosphere within the club is calm and peaceful.
■Work environment:
Regular working hours are 7 hours, company-wide average overtime is around 20 hours, and you can also take advantage of the flex system. Remote work is also possible, creating an environment where you can work while maintaining a work-life balance.
