●仕事内容
認知症にも対応の共同生活介護グループホームの介護スタッフ
介護の現場で経験を積んでもらい、適正に応じ、フロアリーダー、ケアリーダー、施設管理者補佐、管理者などにもステップの用意があります。
●利用者様の生活サポートが主な仕事です。
食事・掃除や洗濯・排せつ・入浴の介助や見守り、散歩やお茶をしたり、外出レクなども行っています。
※いきなり、入浴の補助などはしません。まずは簡単なお仕事から始めていきます。
※開設前はオープニング研修、近隣の姉妹施設にてOJT研修がございます。ブランクのある方でも安心して応募ください。
●勤務時間 ： シフト制 9時～18時 7時～16時 11時～ら20時 17時～翌10時
●応募条件 ：
永住者、定住者 Visa 保有者もしくはそれに類する方、或いは介護福祉士の資格保有者

●Job Description Nursing care staff at group homes that support dementia
Steps will be prepared for floor leaders, care leaders, assistants to facility managers, managers, etc. as appropriate to have them gain experience at nursing care sites and to make appropriate decisions.
● Main job is to support the lives of users.
We also provide assistance such as meals, cleaning, laundry, excretion, bathing, watching, walking, having tea, and going out.
