Job Description:

Support in payroll calculation

Procedures related to social insurance and employment insurance

Labor management and general HR-related administrative tasks

General affairs and reception duties

Key Points:

This position offers a relatively high salary compared to other administrative roles in nursing care facilities, along with well-established employee benefits.
The workplace is located in Katsushika Ward, an area full of traditional downtown charm and attractions such as the Tokyo Skytree.
While many of the staff members are older, the working environment is warm and supportive.
The facility also makes continuous efforts to improve working conditions, including periodic reviews to reduce overtime.

Qualifications:

Experience in payroll calculation or social insurance procedures preferred

Basic PC skills and ability to handle office tasks accurately and efficiently

Working Hours:

8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (8 hours actual work)
Shift-based schedule (8 days off every 4 weeks)

Holidays and Leave:

8–10 days off per month (110 annual holidays)

Salary:

Base salary: ¥220,000–¥250,000 (depending on experience)

Monthly salary: ¥240,000–¥270,000

Annual income: ¥3,320,000–¥3,740,000 (including job and performance allowances)

Semi-annual performance-based bonus (twice a year)
