Key Points:
This position offers a relatively high salary compared to other administrative roles in nursing care facilities, along with well-established employee benefits.

Qualifications:
Experience in payroll calculation or social insurance procedures preferred
Basic PC skills and ability to handle office tasks accurately and efficiently
Working Hours:
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (8 hours actual work)
Shift-based schedule (8 days off every 4 weeks)
Holidays and Leave:
8–10 days off per month (110 annual holidays)

Salary:
Base salary: ¥220,000–¥250,000 (depending on experience)
Monthly salary: ¥240,000–¥270,000
Annual income: ¥3,320,000–¥3,740,000 (including job and performance allowances)
Semi-annual performance-based bonus (twice a year)
