Job Responsibilities:
You will be entrusted with a wide range of hospitality services related to accommodation.
The role mainly involves direct interaction with guests, including:
Front desk operations
Customer service and guest relations
Restaurant service
Housekeeping and room cleanliness management

Training & Development
Even those without prior experience can start with confidence thanks to our extensive training system:
Sister Program (One-on-one mentorship): Senior staff mentor new employees for about 3 months, teaching everything from basics to kimono dressing.
New Employee Training (4 days + OJT): Includes follow-up interviews to address concerns and ensure a smooth start.
Brush-up Training: Annual skill-up programs such as English conversation training and omotenashi (Japanese hospitality) training.
Tea Ceremony & Kimono Lessons: Learn traditional Japanese culture and refined manners.
English Conversation Training: Acquire expressions and cultural understanding necessary to serve international guests.
External Facility Visits: Observe and learn from highly reputed inns to improve service quality and team cohesion.

Qualifications
Must hold one of the following:
Food Service Skills Test (Certificate required)
Accommodation Industry Skills Test (Certificate required)
Japanese Language Requirement:
JLPT N4 (or equivalent) and conversational ability equivalent to JLPT N2–N3
Work Conditions
Working Hours: Between 4:00–22:00 (7.5 hours actual work, shift-based)
Days Off: 8 days per month (Annual holidays: 106 days, including mandatory 10 days of paid leave)
Location: Hida-Takayama (No transfer required)
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary: From ¥200,000 (including 11 hours of fixed overtime pay)
Salary Increase: Once per year
Bonuses: Twice per year (August & December) + Performance bonus (March)
