Job Description

At the international passenger counter, you will be responsible for:

Check-in procedures for departing passengers

Baggage handling and customer guidance

Assisting passengers at arrival gates

Providing comprehensive passenger support from departure to arrival

You will have opportunities to interact with travelers from Japan, Asia, Europe, the U.S., and all around the world.

Qualifications

TOEIC 500+ or equivalent English proficiency

Japanese proficiency: JLPT N1 or equivalent (fluent in daily conversation)

Willingness to relocate near the airport

Work Schedule

Shifts between 06:00 and 23:00 (6–8 hours per shift within a 24-hour system)

7–10 days off per month (shift-based holidays)

Path to permanent employment after 1 year

Salary & Benefits

Hourly wage: ¥1,400

Transportation allowance (up to ¥20,000/month)
