[Specific Duties]
Responsible for new business development (RA duties) for companies using the company's foreign talent placement service.
Make appointments via phone calls.
Acquire job postings through remote meetings.
Introduce foreign job seekers to assigned companies and set up interviews.
70% existing sales, 30% new sales.

[Work Style]
This position is open to candidates who can work in the Kansai region (Osaka and Kyoto). New sales will primarily be conducted through inside sales, but sales visits to existing clients in Osaka and Kyoto will also be required.

Salary:

Fixed overtime pay included: Annual salary of ¥5,000,000 - ¥6,500,000 includes fixed overtime pay of ¥56,850 - ¥73,180 per month (equivalent to 20 hours). Additional overtime pay will be paid for hours worked beyond 20.
