Job Description:
You will work at either Comprehensive Care Facility Tsumugi or Matoi, providing overall daily living support for residents (meal assistance, bathing, toileting, etc.) as well as other related tasks.
Comprehensive Care Facility Tsumugi
Services: Senior housing with services, 24-hour home-visit care and nursing, day care services.
Comprehensive Care Facility Matoi
Services: Community-based special nursing home, short-stay services.

Qualifications:
Already employed in Japan under the Specified Skilled Worker (Care Worker) visa status
Holder of Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) Level N3 or higher
Working Hours & Shifts:
Annual variable working hours system
7:00 – 16:00
8:30 – 17:30
11:00 – 20:00
17:00 – 9:00 (night shift, approx. 4–5 times/month)
Break: 60 minutes
Average overtime: less than 10 hours/month
Days Off & Holidays:
2 days off per week (according to shift schedule)
9 days off per month
Annual holidays: 108 days

Salary:
Monthly salary: ¥167,600 – ¥211,000
Base salary: ¥138,000 – ¥168,000
Improvement allowance: ¥16,500
Special improvement allowance: ¥13,100 – ¥26,500

Salary increase: Yes (based on previous year’s record, ¥1,000–¥3,500/month)
Bonus: 3 times/year
