Responsibilities

As a Nursing Assistant, you will support nurses in the hospital ward and help patients feel safe and comfortable in their daily lives.
Main tasks include:
Preparing and assisting with meals (feeding support).
Assisting with toileting and diaper changes.
Helping patients with bathing and changing clothes.
Supporting patient transfers to examinations and medical consultations.
Bed-making, cleaning, and tidying up patient rooms.
Preparing and refilling supplies (such as gauze, towels, etc.).
Carrying out support tasks as instructed by nurses.

Requirements
Mandatory:
Valid Specified Skilled Worker Visa (Caregiving field)
Preferred:
Certified Care Worker (Kaigo Fukushishi)
Valid driver’s license
Working Hours & Shifts
08:30 – 17:00 (with 75-minute break)
16:30 – 09:00 (night shift, 75-minute break; for night-shift applicants only)
Holidays & Leave
95 days off per year
Two days off per week (shift-based)
8–9 days off per month (8 days in February)
10 days of paid annual leave after 6 months of employment

Salary
Monthly Salary: ¥159,000 – ¥175,000
Base Salary: ¥137,000 – ¥150,000
Duty Allowance: ¥22,000 – ¥25,000
Salary Increase: Available (¥2,000–¥7,000 per month, based on previous year’s results)
Other Allowances:

Night Shift Allowance: ¥7,000 per shift
Performance Allowance
Transportation Allowance: up to ¥50,000/month
Bonus: Twice a year, 3.10 months’ salary (previous year’s result)
