Responsibilities
Provide general caregiving support in elderly care facilities, including assistance with meals, bathing, toileting, and transfers.
Encourage residents to carry out daily activities independently as much as possible to maintain their remaining abilities.
Prioritize the daily rhythm of each resident and deliver resident-centered care services.
In the beginning, senior staff will provide full support, so you can start your job with confidence.

Requirements
Must have passed both the Caregiver Skills Evaluation Test and the Caregiver Japanese Language Evaluation Test.
Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N4 or equivalent.
Working Hours & Shifts
9:30–18:30 (1-hour break)
15:15–0:00 (45-minute break)
23:30–9:00 (90-minute break)
Evening shifts (2) and night shifts (3) approx. 4 times/month each.
Actual working hours: 8 hours/day.
Overtime required occasionally.
Holidays & Leave
2 days off per week (shift-based).
8–9 days off per month (107 days off annually; 8 days off in February).
Paid annual leave provided.
